Messy Church and Children's services

Messy Church often involves going into the outdoors, making, discovering and singing, all activities done together for all ages. 

We operate a regular and varied programme of activities supported by a team of wonderful people who are safeguarding compliant and DBS checked.

Throughout the year we host various events marking the major festivals in the Christian calendar and occasionally just a fun gathering.

We are truly blessed to have a wonderful community garden that hosts many of our events. Children love the outdoor activities regardless of the great British weather!

Everyone is welcome, and while some events require a small donation they are largely free to attend. 

In order to best serve our community our messy church is a collaboration between Christ Church New Mill and St. Thomas's Church, Thurstonland.
